I know full well that an essential part of any serious weight loss program is a good exercise program. The problem is coming up with one that I can actually do because to be perfectly honest, I have so little physical endurance that I would actually have to work my way up to being able to do a full workout.
As for finding which routine to use, that’s another problem, there are so many to choose from. After a lot of looking around I think that I’m most interested in the one talked about at p90x.org. I’ve seen a lot of videos on youtube by people that are using p90x and quite a few of them are achieving some really good results with it.
All I need to do is get my endurance up to where I’ll be able to do it long enough to do some good. Well, that and come up with some weights and other gear that I don’t have right now.
