Saving Fuel AND Losing Weight

How do I accomplish that you ask?  It's very simple really.  The first step is to turn the thermostat down really low to something like fifty eight degrees Fahrenheit.  When the house is that cool, you'll have all kinds of incentive to get into some exercises and use the natural thermogenic reaction where you're burning fat to produce the energy you need AND the body heat needed to keep you from feeling the cold.

Then, anytime you're feeling the chill, the thing to do is get up and get on the treadmill or exercise bike and work up some extra body heat, burning off unwanted calories in the process.

It may not be perfect but it WILL work.
