After working for the last 34 years in the same job, it was time to retire. With the kids and grandkids scattered all over the country, my wife and I decided that a change of scenery would be nice for us too. But where should an old retired couple move? You got it, Colorado. We have traded in a metropolitan city for a small mountain town and our old house in a neighborhood for a house so far up in the mountains that no one can find us. It has been quite a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of our old life. However, because we do still have friends and family in various places on the map, it is still nice to keep in touch with them. One of the main ways that we stay in touch is through the internet. However, since we are so far removed from the rest of civilization, finding an internet provider was a little difficult until when of the locals in town recommended Wild Blue satellite internet. A quick internet search for wild blue Colorado at the local library got me the contact information that I needed to have the internet hooked up and running by the end of the week.
