Ever Think Of Going into Business?

Posted by Non-Hamster on November 4th, 2007

It doesn't take a genius to figure out that there is a lot of moneymaking potential once you start to think about concept of the 'online store'.  For a lot of stores you don't even need physical inventory because what you're selling is either a service or some kind of a software package that is being delivered by download.

I am not a hamster, I know a good idea when I see it.  The thing is to come up with the right product.  Until you do, you're just spinning your wheels and going nowhere fast.  Once you do have a product or service to sell that people are actually interested in buying, then comes the rest.  You need a domain name that fits what you're selling and who you are and a place to host the domain.  There's a lot of places offering business hosting, AQHost is one that has ecommerce hosting plans that include features designed to make it as easy as possible to get a new site up and running.

They're a cheap business hosting service that can do a lot for a small business hosting needs.  The Ecommerce package is installed free and they've got video tutorials to help new users learn how to operate it.  There's also matters like site design, shopping carts, SSL Certificates and Merchant accounts to enable that new small business to process credit cards.
