Collinsville Illinois is shooting for a record, They're working with the Heinz people to build a ketchup packed 8 feet tall and 4 feet wide. This king sized packet will hold 1500 pounds of ketchup.
Heinz has donated 4000 glass bottles of ketchup that people will be able to buy for a buck (which goes to a school fundraiser) and then pour it's contents into the giant packet. I am not a hamster, dumping 4000 glass bottles of ketchup is going to be a long, infuriating process. I can just see a dozen people on ladders around this giant packet..... all thumping glass bottles and using table knives to scrape the last bits out of the bottle.
