Wall Street Begins Week Anxious Again
NEW YORK (AP) — There will be no fresh start on Wall Street Monday when traders and investors get back to work. The market's anxiety over shrinking credit remains, and even if stocks manage gains after weeks of volatility, no one will trust that they'll stick.
Well is there any surprise in this? I mean, really. Why in the world would anyone think that there wouldn't be anxiety over shrinking credit when the mortgage problems are still very much with us? I am not a hamster, it's obvious that in order for this thing to be fixed, somebody's going to have to do something about all those flaky mortgages.
