I just saw mention on the evening news about the G20 meeting in London. They were talking not about whatever issues being talked about. Instead the ABC evening news was talking about Chef Jamie Oliver and the job he's been given of "dazzling" the heads of state attending the G20.
Given the state of the economy almost anywhere these days, I have a suggestion. Mr. Oliver should "dazzle" those heads of state with a dinner consisting of bologna sandwiches.
I am not a hamster, I'm serious. I think that perhaps a group like that being handed two slices of bread with a plain (as cheap as you can find) slice of bologna on it without even any mustard might get their attention at least a little bit.
Regardless of who caused it, the economy is in the toilet and MOST of us are having to cut back on everything while those yahoos are sitting there eating expensive "highfalutin" meals that probably most people both can't afford and probably couldn't stomach in the first place.
