StumbleUpon has become a monstrous success as one of the more unique social bookmarking type sites on the net. Unfortunately it’s also becoming a growing source of irritation. Lately I have received a growing number of stumbles sent to me by people I’ve never heard of and who are not in my friends list.

Some of the things you run into while hitting that “Stumble” button can run the range from weird to cool. This particular find lands under the “cool” heading.

But that, my friends is the blessing, the curse that was avoided is something that online oldtimers will remember from years back. It was in the form of an email that made the rounds several times. It also got posted on countless newsgroups and forums. The content was something that made car buyers shiver and think “God I hope that isn’t gonna happen”.

I imagine that when most people finally get back home after being away for several days they’d prefer to jump in and at least get caught up on some of the tons of email that tend to pile up and I sorta did, though mostly what I did was download it and set it aside to look at later.

You can tell I’ve been stumbling around again when I run across something like this page about something called Anoretix.

I have to say that it is, without doubt, three of the weirdest pictures of a house that I’ve ever seen. There’s no text to explain what’s showing so you have to decide for yourself what’s going on.
